Return/Exchange Terms
If an error occurs on your order, please contact our customer service department within
48 hours of receiving the package and inform us of product defects or deficiencies.
An invoice for this order was sent to the e-mail address entered at the time of purchase.

Return and/or exchange
Interested in replacing or returning all or part of your order, you can do it easily and at no cost at the company store at
54 Sderot Chen Blvd. Tel Aviv. or by mail to the address of the store listed here.
Make sure the order is complete and without any defect and it is in its original
packaging.
These conditions are valid for return by mail, as well as for return/exchange at the company store.
The item can be replaced up to 14 business days from the date of the order with a
receipt/invoice.
- Change of transaction on the online site
Once your order process is complete on the site,
we start handling it immediately so that
we can provide it to you as quickly as possible.
For this reason, changes to the order will be made by
phone call +972526646464 Up to 30 minutes from the moment the order is placed Sunday to Thursday, in the hours:
17:00 – 11:00.
Cancelation of a transaction on the online site
To cancel a transaction made on the site, please contact our customer service by
phone +972526646464 with a cancelation request (Sunday through Thursday,
between 11:00-17:00).
For quick handling, please include an order number when contacting.
If the request is made up to an hour after placing the order and receives a certificate from
the customer service representative, the follow-up to it will be stopped immediately.
If the payment was made by credit card, you may see a frame perception that will be released within three days.
If the payment was made in PayPal the credit will be made within 14 business days.
If the request is made after more than an hour after placing the order and/or after operating hours in
the Call Center and/or the customer service representative has not yet approved the request,
we will make our utmost efforts to stop the shipment
before it reaches you. However, if it does come to you, you should refuse the acceptance and tell the courier you asked to cancel.
The package will return to us and
customer service will receive you up to 14 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email entered at
the time of the order.
* The company will not receive shipping fees if the
request was made after one hour of placing the order.
If you are interested in replacing / returning the entire order or part of it,
you can do this easily and at no cost within 14 business days of receiving the package using one of the following options and subject to the terms of the
company:
o 1. Replacement/return at the company store at Sderot Chen 54 St. Tel Aviv
o 2. Replacement/return with delivery of the order by the customer Back to Address – Sderot Chen 54 St. Tel Aviv
It is important to know about returns / exchanges
o Make sure that the returned item is closed in the original packaging
and is without any defect or use. Usage.
Hanging, an initial opening of the product is considered to be either and/or together as a use.
These terms are valid for each of the company’s return/exchange options.
o A specific item cannot be replaced/returned from a series that is no longer sold.
o Original creation cannot be replaced/returned
o Can’t replace/return item on sale
Once your return arrives and you have been monitored, we will send an email about your payment
instrument credits within 14 business days.
